There are no refunds, but when covered by LAG, you get store credit for what you lost. 

LAG Requirements: Temps between 50-90 degrees

We are not responsible for package getting delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping

Email us within 1 hour of delivery with pictures and video as proof for your LAG qualification.
